Yu Cheng

Mr. Cheng holds a MBA degree from the National Chengchi University. Mr. Cheng is also a CEO of Contemporary of Economics Development Foundation, and an independent director of Formosa Petrochemical Corp. Mr. Cheng served as a chief editorial writer from Feb. 2009 to Apr. 2016, the chairman of Radio Taiwan International from Oct. 2006 to Sep. 2008, the president and director of Taiwan Television Corp. from Jul. 2002 to Jun. 2006, a commissioner and vice chairman of the Fair Trade Commission from Feb. 1995 to Jun. 2002, a reporter and editor-in-chief of Commercial Times from Dec. 1980 to Jan. 1995.
