Pierre is a serial entrepreneur who founded his first company at age 23, fresh out of EPFL. Since 1985 he started and sold 4 companies successfully in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Experienced Business angel holding or having held Director positions with a dozen companies ranging from listed hedge fund to biotech business in the USA he is regularly involved in the development of new businesses.
He joined Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie in 2002 to conduct LO and DH mergers and restructuring missions in listed and private equity funds (MiniCap, Renaissance, Immunology).
In 2005, Pierre incorporated ValleyRoad Capital, a boutique private equity and M&A advisory firm. ValleyRoad Capital is today one of the leading firms in the Geneva region.
Pierre has embraced Le Reseau activities in 2003 and became the association’s chairman from 2007 to 2012, regularly speaking with parliamentarians and writing newspaper articles defending innovative start-ups. Today, Pierre chairs the French speaking chapter of the Swiss Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SECA).
